Swan Day Spa

I truly love this small and intimate day spa. Every single massage therapist I have ever had has been exceptional. When I first started coming to this day spa, there was always someone up front to greet you warmly, show you to the changing rooms and also where to wait in the quiet room for your therapist. And while you wait, they would set out cookies and tea. Sadly, this does not seem to be the case anymore. However, we were offered a complimentary glass of wine and chocolate after our service. The reasons for 4 stars and not 5 is because they really should replace the recliners in the quiet room because they are worn down to the springs. I've been coming to Swan Day Spa for years, usually for massage. I went several times for pre-natal massages when I was pregnant, too. I love this place for its simplicity. I am always able to get an appointment and they'll even call to check if I can come in earlier if they have open time. The ladies are always so sweet, as well. They have a steam room and sauna as well. The rooms are simple, but they keep everything very clean. Great services. Completely worth it to support a small, local business.

Finally had my eyebrows done in 3d tattoo and I love them. Wendy did an awesome job and was very professional and caring. She kept putting on the numbing cream and I had no pain. I would highly recommend Swan Day Spa.

I came in recently for my birthday and have came a couple of times over the years. The technicians were great and I felt relaxed during my services. Upon leaving and checking out the receptionist, a Caucasian woman with brown reddish hair, was handling my check out that day. I mentioned it was my birthday because I am aware the day spa offers a discount on birthdays like they have done for me before on my birthday. She mentions that my birthday was not on file even though I have an account with them. She said due to my birthday not being on record that I will not be eligible for a discount but she will do it for me anyways. I thought that was kind and I proceeded to pay. As she is processing the payment she ask if I would like to tip, I responded no because I usually don’t tip on my birth

My sister treated me to a massage and facial. Elizabeth greeted us with a bright and enthusiastic smile. Gave us a tour. Linda did both of mine. The aroma therapy massage was the best I’ve ever had. Hit all the right spots. I will be going back.
