S.V. Nails And Spa

I came in for a color change on my toes, at first I was gonna get gel and then changed my mind to get regular polish because the price difference was crazy, especially because getting gel polish would almost be equivalent to getting a full pedicure. The young girl who was painting my nails did a horrible job. When trying to correct her she claimed the polish looked bad because I needed a pedicure. Which could be understandable but you painting all on the outside of my nail is not!! Would not recommend 0/10!!

I have been going here for 5 months. The girl that does the 💅nails does the best work, however the girl yelled at me after I confronted her that she was charging me 💰more then what was posted. Then she changed the price to what was posted. I spend anywhere from $30 to $70 💸every time I visit. That was not her first time yelling at me. I do not appreciate it. I never have raised my voice or displayed any hostility towards anyone working in this Establishment. 💁🏾‍♀️Safe to say I will never spend my coins here again!

My nails look okay and the service was decent this time around. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and their prices are not consistent. They will quote you one price and charge you a higher rate every single time.

I went in asking for cotton candy pedicure. The lady Mrs Kim put whatever color she wanted to put. A white color which is ugly. I said where is cotton candy. She said I put the color I like instead because of a spot on my toenail. Never asked if I wanted gel. Of course if you took gel off why wouldn't i want gel. Never ask me. Saud it cost 20 more. Never coming back. I paid for something I didn't ask for.

Today was the first time visiting S.V Nails and Spa and today will be my last! I went in for a fill in and gel on top. Sat down and the girl doing my nails recommended that I take my nails off and do a whole entire new set. Was back and forth for a minute or so because I did not feel that I needed a brand new set, but since I had 2 nails that needed repaired she said it would be cheaper this way and told me it would be $50 for nail removal, new set and shaping. As my nails were being popped off aggressively, she asks what shape I want them…. I had told her what shape I wanted previously as I sat down for the fill in. She tells me it’s going to be $5 extra dollars. This had my blood boiling because she did not include that in the previous price when I had already expressed what shape I want
