SV 2 Nails and Spa

I have been going to SV nails for years now and I have never been disappointed. Hannah always does an amazing job with my nails. I tell her what I want and she does it. Sometimes I don’t even tell her and I let her surprise me and it is always amazing! She is super fast and gets the job done perfectly! I just recently went and told her I wanted Christmas Green and Xmas deco and what an amazing job she has done. Hannah is my go to girl!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Hello, good afternoon. I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received just 7 days ago at your salon. I had both my hands and feet done, and today, only a week later, I can say that I only have 7 nails left on, and one more is about to fall off because the acrylic has lifted from my natural nail. Honestly, the work was of very poor quality. I’m not a demanding person, but it’s unacceptable that after paying $126, the nails didn’t even last a week. In addition, one of the nails was left without acrylic on the sides, and the cuticles were not properly cleaned or removed. I’m attaching photos so you can see the current condition of my nails. I hope you can look into this matter, as I’m truly unhappy with the service I received.

Went on Monday August 25th and saw Helen. It was a last minute appt because my normal place had to cancel last minute. I had been to this location a long time ago when it was owned by someone else. I had a refill and spa pedicure done. The quality of work was just plain bad. She hurt me numerous times with the electronic file thing. And I was not moving at all... At least not until she hurt me. She was terrible at painting the nails too. She used short little brush strokes and make my nails look like trash because of it. She missed spots and then had the nerve to tell me that I banged my nail on the dryer, I did no such thing. She was just terrible at her job. How dare you try to tell me that you're mistakes are my fault! Not to mention that it took close to 2 hours for her to do both. It

Love it here! Hannah is amazing at what she does, my nails came out perfectly! Showed her what I was looking for and came out even better. I also got a spa pedicure and it was relaxing and totally worth it. This is certainly my go to place and would absolutely recommend them!

They are the best! My nails always look great! I get compliments all the time. They are gentle. I hav been going there for years.
