Bad customer service. I went to the store to get hair cream for my locs I got the wrong one so I came back in the store literally a min later the older lady opened up the cream and while she was opening it you can hear the seal inside opening so of course when she opens it she say I opened it . I told her I did not you did when you was opening it and look at the receipt I was just in the store, the younger woman came from the back and said the same thing I told them I didn’t open it she then responded we don’t do exchanges or returns but I don’t want to argue and walked off talking under her breath. Mind you the other cream I needed was more then the first one so basically you about to get more money. This was my second time going there never again will I go there.

I have shopped at this store for almost 5 years. Today I tried to exchange an item with my receipt, and the exact bag that was given to me when I originally purchased the item. The clerk looked at the receipt and then opened the bottle and tried to accuse me of using some of the product. When that would not work he tells me that I should have returned this in three days. The product purchase date was 10/26/23, today’s date is 11/7/23. I would think twice if I were you knowing my complaint and you still continue to patronize these people.

My cousin wanted a grey wig. The owner of the shop was very knowledgeable and will style your hair as well. Great customer service!!

If I could leave this review with 0 stars I would. But anyway I went into this store yesterday to purchase some products for my hair. The owner insisted that he returned my debit card when he gave me my receipt but he never did. He finally decided to play back his store camera after I insisted repeatedly. Once I watched the video on the huge tv screen with several other customers in the store, one customer screamed out you saw that? I asked for him to rewind it in which you can clearly see the male owner placing my debit card under the register while handing me my receipt at the same time. Finally he ran back to the register lifting it up and pulling my debit card from up under laughing as if it was a mistake. I will never return back to this store.
