Disappointing experience. Went in at 10:30 and wrote mine and another persons name down for a manicure and pedicure. As we sit down, a women comes in shouting and demanding her nails to be done / going on and on about how long it will be, etc. I was then taken back to get my pedicure and all was well until i am all finished up and the woman who came in 10 minutes after we did decides to jump up and sit in the chair for a pedicure, right when it was my partner’s turn to go. We wrote our names down in order and i even put his name first on the list. This entitled woman wrote her name down at 10:45, 15 minutes after we did and was still put above us. After my pedicure i decided i was ready to pay and just leave. This is ridiculous.Especially when those who act out of order are catered to, whi

This was my first time from a recommendation. And I don't have a bad thing to say.. I was welcomed and enjoyed the experience so much felt I have been there many times before. I will be back .. I definitely recommend this place, to new and even seasoned persons..

Tried to call and ask about a walk in apt just now. Said “I see you do walk ins, am i able to come in?” He said “we don’t take anymore” then hung up on me. Called back to try and make an appointment, answered the phone and then hung up on me! I’m not going to beg to get my nails done with you. I’ll just go elsewhere
