Chetna is the best! I’ve come to her for threading and waxing, she is always thorough and checks in during the process to make sure I’m comfortable. Then I found out she does hairstyling and styled my hair for an event, it looked so pretty! Thank you, I’ll be back :)

I visited this salon for chin threading. I clearly indicated the entire chin area, using my hands to show exactly where I wanted the hair removed, and asked for just a cleanup of my brows. However, the person performing the service was highly unprofessional. Instead of removing the hair properly, she was cutting some of it, which was both painful and ineffective. She pressed the thread too hard on my chin, causing discomfort and scars. When she said she was "done" and moved on to my brows, I told her I no longer wanted the brow service, as it was clear she did not know what she was doing. I checked her work on my chin and noticed obvious hairs still remaining. When I pointed this out, she became upset and argued that the area I showed her was not part of the chin. Older lady was rude when I asked to get my eyebrows threaded she said to wait which is fine because, she was doing some tariff around the shop. Waited a little bit but then when it was time to do my brows she was plain out rude. Ever since that day I will no longer give them my service.

Will never go again! I have been here couple of times. Just to get my work done and as the parking is convenient (just in front of the salon) unlike parking at the mall (and taking my toddler for a long walk to get to the salon). There is this Nepali lady she wants tips!! Thrice I had my eyebrows done by her. She stares at you and asks you for tips for eyebrows. Already the prices are high why should I give tips? I usually give a dollar appreciating their work. She literally stares at you wanting for more. I thought first time she didn’t understand what I said but all three times she reacted as if one dollar? She expects me to give 5-10 bucks as her tip? Felt like slapping her arragant face!! I would better go to an expensive brow salon if I’m paying that money! For the work they do they d
