She totally butchered my daughters hair! It's so uneven! I mean, I can't believe a professional hairstylist would have let somebody walk out of their business looking like this! All she asked for was a trim, told her to take like 2 or 3 inches off her hair! It should have been easy!! Nope, 7 inches, at least! she chopped her beautiful long hair off, and it's so uneven I posted pictures! To show everybody. I would not let this lady touch your hair! I will never go here or refer anybody here ever again! She offered to fix it, but I told her she wasn't touching her again! That I wanted a refund! She gave me $20 out of the $27 she charged her back!

The lady cut my hair 4 or more inches shorter than I asked, and didn’t cut it even. I had chunks missing out of my hair. 😢 would NEVER go back. I miss my long hair, Also she only gave me 20$ out of the 27$ I was charged after she completed butchered my hair.

I was going to leave a review weeks ago and forgot to get around to it! Suzy was so sweet, made my hair look so amazing. I hadn’t got a cut and color in a couple years. It was a very pleasant experience. I originally went to fantastic Sam’s. Of course there was over an hour wait. She does male and female cuts! Why wait hours. There was no wait time. I’ll be returning as a happy customer!

Susy is amazing! She takes care of everyone in my family, and we have many different hair types. Her prices are reasonable, and her skills are top-notch. I would recommend her to anyone.

Would leave a zero but that's not an option I went in wanting a haircut wanted my hair shoulder length and thinned the gal started off fine I told her to leave it a Lil longer cause it was wet that way it wouldn't be to short then I seen she had a big section of hair on the right side cut to my jawline I said this is not ok my hair right there is to short and ur not gonna cut the rest of my hair that short then the owner came over and butchered it even more when I said ur not gonna cut the rest that short and I kept saying it's to short over and over and the gal cutting my hair and the owner both walked away from me with it all kinds of messed up and another gal said well they are not gonna charge you and I was like would you be happy with this haircut of coarse she didn't respond so I lef
