Susan is the best! She's friendly and does a wonderful job cutting/coloring your hair exactly how you want.

I like the way the hair stylist cut my hair. However, the service was quite bad. I noticed her license was expired, all the brushes had massive amount of hair just sitting on them. The whole salon looks dirty, which is whatever, but don't touch my hair with brushes that have other people's hair in them thanks. Also, I don't even know what shampoo she used but I've never had dandruff until today. My scalp feels so dry it hurts.

Horrible Ombre! Pros: Staff were very nice. They did great perms short cuts while I was there. They offered to "fix" my hair in a few days. They gave me a soda Cons: They seemed to be VERY inexperienced with an Ombre, which has been very popular for a ling time so I thought it was safe. I definitely would not have gone, had I known. I think they are better with older clients and older styles. My experience: I asked for an Ombre (naturally dark at the top and fades to blond) My Ombre had grown out so I wanted them to bring the blond closer to the scalp with the clear instruction for my natural dark to be at the top so it could grow out without needing to do anything for a while. She started an inch away from the scalp with a harsh line (no fade. It looked like a grown out full dye) an
