Susan Hair Salon

I asked for a baleyage and a blend from brown roots to lighter ends, but this is what I was given. She wouldn’t fix it, was extremely rude with me, and shushed me away so she can work with other customers. She said she messed up my hair because there was henna but henna was on the bottom. The top is clearly messed up (pic for referral). ————————————————————— Responding to the reply on my post: 1. You saw my hair, touched it and felt it before you started working on me and did no proper consultation with me. Henna was all the way in the bottom of my hair. You clearly messed up the TOP of my hair where there absolutely NO henna. 2. You asked me to come back WITHIN 2 weeks to get my hair fixed so I chose that day. I did not come with 2 people. Susan was very good at cutting my hair. She made sure to ask me how I exactly wanted my cut and was careful at every step of the process.

I love getting my hair cut at this salon. Susan is so knowledgeable and always gives me a perfect haircut. As a Hispanic woman I believe I know when a hairstylist has a good hand that results in my hair growing back fast. My hair ALWAYS grows back quickly after Susan cuts it.

I took my teen daughter for her first haircut in many years. She loved her experience and the style is great. The stylist (Susan?) was gentle, careful and has a great technique. Could not praise this place highly enough. Thank you for a lovely cut.

Susan Salon is a excelente hair salon, not because it’s fancy but because you will get the best services,professional and honest Susan the owner and all the stylists at the premises are excellent they will give you the best care for you hair and you ,that will make you feel so good to came back for more . I highly recommend
