My husband made me an appointment the day before. He spoke to a guy set it for me. When I arrived there, i was not greeted properly. A lady came out and asked "what do you want?" I told her I had an appointment, she then said "no, im busy" and closed the door on me. I walked out, called my husband, he called the establishment and spoke to the same guy who told me to come back in. Once again i was greeted by the same lady, she told me "no." Very rude, unprofessional and inpatient. I would NOT recommend this place. Its trash.

I gifted a couples massage to my parents and they were disappointed with the customer service at this place. They just went and let me know that the man and woman working there were unprofessional during their massage, talking with each other the entire time. The man massaging my dad kept coming in and out of the room, and even ANSWERING HIS PHONE during the massage. On top of that they cut the 50 minutes short and instead only gave a massage of a little over 35 minutes. Since the massage had been paid for by me in advance, the man and woman still demanded a tip. Of course that wasn’t given. This is frustrating and highly disrespectful. Gifting a massage is meant for a relaxing time, quiet and peaceful. I was going to give this place another try based on ads claiming new management and new masseuse/ therapists changing weekly, but when I arrived I noticed same masseuse as before that didn't bother to address my lower back muscle tightness. Just gave me an average massage at best and even cut it short. Don't believe the ads for this place. The reason a gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because the first I went there I actually got a decent massage, but masseuse apparently was offended at my $20 dollar tip for half hr massage. Not a real massage. Mostly rubbing. Lady was heavy set. Not thin like most of the Asian masseuse I've had. Would only due 45 minutes. Can't recommend this place.

The massage skills are ok. Just good looking ladies trying to get you to pay too much for too little.
