Superstar Massage

The massages are pretty good but a few things to be aware of: 1. There are no bells and whistles to this place. The massage table is pretty much a wooden table with some padding. 2. You will be questioned when you don't tip enough. 3. The pricing on the website does not match what they charge. At first I was told that the extra cost was for using a credit card. The second time I was charged extra, even though I paid in cash. When I took the difference from her tip, she did not like that. If you can ignore the items I listed, then you'll be fine. Pretty good place but very bare bones.

Been coming here for years. Jenny does a pretty decent job. But im usually still in pain after. But her total unprofessionalism is unbelievable!! Always complaining or saying what I should tip. And what's not good enough for her. She had the nerve to tell me. Next time dont choose me. The last 2 times I actually didnt and still got her. I told her I wont choose her or this business again. How dare you tell a paying customer not to choose you. I wouldn't refer ANYONE there. You not happy with your pay then quit jenny!!!

The massage itself was good enough for the inexpensive price which I appreciated. Another review had mentioned there were no doors which didn’t completely bother me. However, I was only covered with a thin towel from shoulder to shin and my toes were freezing cold so all I could think about the whole time was how cold I was making it hard to relax. The only other thing that bothered me was the musty smell. I haven’t had many massages but the ones I’ve had at least had an essential oil diffuser of lavender or something similar.

I made an appointment a few days ago for 4/8 at 10am. It was very difficult finding this place but I found it. The door was locked and the lights were shut off. So, I called and let them know I arrived for my 10am. I got “oh, you do?”. Yes ma’am, I do. I got met with they aren’t there, aren’t going to show up for 30+ minutes, and asked if I could come back. No, I have a tight schedule and I got a reminder email (see below) confirming my appointment date and time. I get a massage once a year on my bday because they are expensive and today I don’t get that. Super disappointing and they just kept asking if I could come back when it was convenient for them. Very unprofessional. Clients may as well spend the extra $$ to go to those “corporate” places because you know they’ll be there.

This is my go to place for massages because Jenny is thorough and wonderful, you get complementary hot stones, and the price point is good - $20-30 cheaper than the swanky spas around. The office is unassuming but nice enough, and again: the product is excellent. Plus, scheduling is easy last minute whenever I need. Come here!
