I've been a frequent customer of this neighborhood beauty supply store for years, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. While I was shopping, one of the store associates repeatedly positioned herself in front of me on several aisles, deliberately blocking my view of the products. I finally asked, “Do you need to get right here?”—just to make it clear that I noticed what she was doing—and she replied, “Yeah…” The entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I’ve supported this business for a long time, but after this incident, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s disappointing to feel mistreated in a store I’ve faithfully patronized, especially after spending $30 there.

a nice variety of items. the customer service is lacking and the older lady is very VERY rude. just get your stuff and go. don't expect much help or kindness from these people.

Yay!I found a new beauty supply store close to home and work. This is a small beauty supply store with diverse products with all budgets in mind. They had all my favorite brands. The store does specialize in black-ethnic/textured haircare, but I saw products used by other hair types. Prices were reasonable. Parking was a breeze for me despite the size of the shopping center. There 3 spaces available when I arrived at 3pm. Customer service was exceptional. As soon as I walked in, I received a very warm welcoming from Mary. She assisted me in located the products I came in to buy. The owner, Tammy was behind the counter and she greeted me.
