I’ve attempted contacting Valerie on several occasions and she refuses to reply to me. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve spent $400.00 only to have my hair completely damaged by her. The last 5 months I’ve spent even more money on hair treatments and color corrections by actual professional stylists. Back in July, I asked Valerie if it was possible to dye my brunette hair, silver. I wish I had educated myself on the process prior to letting her dye my hair. First, she didn’t do a test strip after communicating that I had a balayage and color in my hair. Second, she bleached my entire head for over 7 hours. Yes 7 hours. I have very curly hair and am always worried when i need a cut. Melody did a great job of listening to my concerns and addressing them. She was precise and quick, not to mention the best hair cut for the best price. I typically pay 45-50 for what i got from her. She is my new GO TO!
