Supercuts

0 stars! I went to Supercuts on Gall Blvd and had, without exaggeration, the WORST salon experience of my life — from shampoo to blow dry. I spent MONTHS growing out my hair so I could finally get the length and style I wanted. The day came, and unfortunately I was assigned to a curly-haired stylist who barely spoke English and clearly had no interest in understanding what I wanted. I showed her a photo. She glanced at it for maybe five seconds and then proceeded to hack my bangs STRAIGHT ACROSS like an untrained parent cutting their kid’s hair before school pictures. I kept “trusting the process,” thinking she was just establishing the length before shaping them. Nope. She announced she was done. Done?! It looked amateur and uneven. This was my first visit to the salon. The salon was clean and neat. All who worked there were well groomed. Matt was my stylist...and also appeared ro manage the salon. Without neglecting me as his client, he greeted each person as they entered the salon, and checked whether or not they had an appt; and if not he let them know approximately how long it would be until their turn. I was a "walk in" and there for a haircut. I was offered other products and services without pressure to buy. Other clients came in and received personalized services from one of the other two Stylists. Bottom line -- I appreciated the services and the atmosphere. I'll be back.

What a pleasant little place. Jamie did my hair today. The whole experience from start to finish was great. We visited, she did what she does best, color, cut and style were just what we talked about. Your missing out if you don’t stop by Supercuts for your next appointment.. thanks so much girls, enjoyed my time with you and love , love my new look !!!

The receipt did not print the haircut of $2; nor tip of $5. The woman there so very polite and courteous as she attempted printing a second slip, still no price. Then to one of three printers out back. No success, I took picture of terminal screen and departed a very satisfied client. The Man from Vietnam who has 22 years experience was very polite, courteous and a great hair stylist. I will return

Minh was nice, but doesn't know measurements! I'd been growing my hair longer the past 6 months. Told him I wanted 1" off the top, 1/4" off the rest of my hair, sides angled, and trim bangs. My mom was a beautician, not my first rodeo! ALL of my hair was on the floor. PISSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I would have gone to the other guy, but he was so slow! Thankfully, the receptionist left, personality like a rock! I was going to book online. From 12:30 through 4 pm they showed availability every 15 minutes, which was BS! I waited 30 minutes, and was there another 40 mins. In that time the other guy did a wash and basic trim on a woman as I can in, and a trim on a guy. You can't stay in business that way people, and you certainly can't leave all of their hair on the shop floor! I didn't appre
