I’d give ZERO if I could . I’m furious. This is my sons second hair cut ever . I had to stop the stylist named ‘dina? Tina?’ A older white lady with blonde hair and glasses and walk out . I asked her multiple times if she was confident she could work on my son . She said she could do it . By the 3rd time I asked her if she could do exactly what i asked for while showing her the photo I could tell that his hair wasn’t going to look anything like the photo . She kept asking me if i wanted to cut the top and I said no , obviously the top wasn’t what was cut in the photo . I asked her to atleast taper or or fade out the sides to fix it and she said she couldn’t without making him more bald on the sides . I told her this is not anywhere close to what I asked for and she said “sorry I was trying

Victoria was amazing! What a sweet young lady. She listened to my concerns about my hair, and she cut it exactly how I asked her to. She was very informative as she was cutting, because she did not want to take off too much. Not only was the service Provided grade, but she was very friendly and we had a great conversation. I would definitely go back and book an appointment with her.

I am so happy with the person that cut my hair. Due to medications, my hair is thinning tremendously and she listened to my concerns and gave me a cut that emphasized more volume. They are very prompt and when you make an appointment, you don’t have to sit around waiting. I highly recommend going here.

I LOVE Supercuts! I've always had GREAT service there and was always pleased everytime I left - except this time. My hair stylists weren't in on the day I went into their salon, so I decided to try another one thinking I'd get the same results. Boy, was I wrong! This salon reeked of cigarette smoke, like your grandparents home or stationwagon back in the 90's. The hair stylist also had old fashion cutting skills. I asked that I have blended layers brought up a few inches with a frame blended into my bangs. What I got was a shaggy haircut from the 70's and lost most of my hair! I don't feel that the hair stylist observed how the hair was layered previously and just did a chop job to get the job done. I knew once she started chopping her guide on the top that this was going to be a disas

I had a very disappointing experience with Sandy. I specifically asked for my daughter to get a bob haircut, and the result was nothing close to what was requested. The cut was uneven and so short that my daughter was upset and embarrassed—it did not resemble a bob at all. Because of the poor quality of the haircut, I had to take my daughter to another salon to fix the damage, which cost additional time and money. Sandy needs additional training before working with children’s hair or following basic haircut requests. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to others.
