Supercuts

Today I visited this salon for my baby girl’s haircut. I clearly explained that I wanted the edges trimmed shorter and the rest kept at normal length. However, they only trimmed the back portion and finished the haircut in just 2–3 minutes. They said they don’t cut much for very young kids unless the child sits still on their own. Despite the haircut being very minimal and not what I requested, they charged the full amount. I feel this was not fair and hope they improve their service for small children.

I arrived about 5 minutes before my check in time and I didn’t wait at all they took me right over to a chair. I had Shanna and she was great! Helpful, gave me tips on how to care for my hair, gave me suggestions when I wasn’t sure how I wanted my hair to look, asked questions, and my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it to look. Very satisfied and love my haircut!

The ladies who worked there were kind but i will never be back. My appointment meant nothing and had a very kind barber who had no idea what she was doing. Had to ask anothrr barber for help to do a simple side shave fade up to 1/2. I wont be back

Gabby was terrific from start to finish! Warm towel on my neck & over my eyes, great wash & cut & style! She listened to what I wanted and was pleasant and friendly throughout. I’ll schedule a cut with her again ( I was a walk-in today ).

Grace M is awesome!! She did My twin boys haircut a few weeks ago and it turned out great! Today my daughter wanted to chop almost all her hair off and grace was very patient with her, especially with all the knots in her hair and the outcome was beautiful. Thank you!
