Supercuts

I simply walked in as a new customer that never got a haircut at a salon before and asked if there is a return policy in the event my hair is butchered and I was completely refused a consultation or service after I politely brought it up. It was an older man, he was rude the moment we walked in and told us to leave once we asked what the policies were. He didn't even want to look at a photo of the haircut. I hadn't had a bad customer service experience like that in a very long time. It was extremely unprofessional.

Mayra is awesome. She's friendly, welcoming and cuts hair beautifully. Her station is clear of hair and she helps you get the cut you want. I always love my haircut.

Single worst haircut ever! Hector spent exactly 12 minutes to butcher my hair even after showing him a pic of what I wanted. Bangs are 2" too short and the bottom is not even on both sides. DO NOT LET HIM NEAR your hair!

Mayra is our hair dresser for me and my wife for many years. She is very professional, intelligent and polite with clients. She is always making our hair with style we are asking! It is always pleasure to have visit to her! All staff in this Supercuts very great. Thanks to Supercuts that you have so excellent employees!

Hector is the Best! My cut looks AMAZING!! I asked for a trim and he did just that. There wasn't too much taken off. My hair looks fuller and healthier. Will be back soon for a color.
