I went in, as a WALK IN (how rude I know, but I’m manic today and today was the day for this [i decided]) I say hello and proceed with “I’ve been growing my hair out for 4 years from a pixie cut. I want a mullet.” And the woman looked at me like 😐 but I was like “no a long, shaggy, curly mullet like this” and she very gracefully had me sit for a couple of minutes as there were a couple people in front of me and I’m a walk-in (to be expected and def no biggie) In the chair, im being asked appropriate questions, I can’t imagine the people that come in being very specific. I was here specifically, for a good time. I wanted change and I shared my inspo pics and told her specifics on what I was seeking and she asked questions if she had them to follow. Jessa, the hair stylist is skilled in her craft. She did balayage with highlights using ice coffee color. I must say it took years off me. Im happy!

Booked and checked in online for a scheduled time but was told it would be an hour and a half wait when I got there. Completely defeats the purpose of the booking time online if it means nothing. Took my girls to Great Clips across the street and had a much better experience

From the moment the hair cutter saw my name and laughed I was a bit annoyed. I asked her if she knew me and why she acted the way she did when she heard my name. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and told her I was aware that my hair type is thick and full and I would need lots of thinning to accomplish the style. She said she could do it. I had to ask her multiple times to think my hair and at the end it was still no where close to what I had asked for. During my time in her chair I heard her make sarcastic remarks toward another customer waiting for her as well and her comment to me was that not every one has her sense of humor .
