I called in for a haircut appointment and when I arrived, the ambience was relaxed and easy going, and when Celeste got to me, she asked me what I wanted and I was able to show her some pictures to use as reference. She was very knowledgeable and skillful with her tools, all the while engaging in conversation with me and other customers and her coworkers as well. She was willing to go a little shorter on my hair when I had asked her to, and overall I am so happy with what she did with my hair. It’s exactly what I wanted! I’d recommend this Super Cuts to anyone with this being my second very good experience, my first being with Emily a year ago.

I will never go back there again, i had a very bad experienced. My hair cut very awful, she didn't cut the way i like. I showed the photo but still did what she like, didn’t pay attention of the photo i was holding. She is very unprofessional dealing with customer, rough and unkind. She didn’t let me face the mirror to see what she was doing, her reason was she never let her customer facing the mirror and that it’s against the light. There were two vacant mirror available opposite which she can use if it’s against the light. i tried to correct she told me to stay still. I am very disgusted and end up buying wig to cover my hair. Just posting the picture so people understand how bad it is, as some saying it will grow. I know it will grow but i’m not after tomorrow it’s today that matter.

I took my daughter Vienna for her haircut right after school. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We didn't have an appointment and they put my daughter on the waiting list. They accommodated for us on their busy schedule. We were seen within 10 minutes. My daughter's hair cutter moved her lunch to cut her hair. Thank you.

I came in without an appointment and I was upset at myself, but luckily, I was able to see Celeste cut someone’s hair, which I absolutely fell in love with the layers the length she was very accurate very professional and kind. I think it was meant to be for me to sit down and wait and watch her in action. It was then my turn and I mentioned I loved what she just did on the previous client. she went ahead and gave me exactly what I wanted. I was very scared to do layers. I’m usually not a layers girl, but she did it very accurate took her time I am above and beyond obsessed with my hair. I feel so much more confident Celeste is honestly very good at what she does not only is she kind but her work is amazing.
