Supercuts

I recently visited Supercuts in Montclair, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist who worked with me — a girl with green hair — was very friendly, but the final result of my haircut was nothing like what I asked for. I showed her a clear photo of the exact hairstyle I wanted. I asked for a cut that would gently fall onto my shoulders, soft and natural. Instead, the haircut I received looks completely different. My hair was cut way too short in the back, nothing falls onto my shoulders, and the layers look uneven — almost like steps. It looks harsh and unblended. The outcome is honestly tragic for me, because now I need at least six months for my hair to grow back to the length I wanted. I’m extremely unhappy with how it turned out. I’m a teacher in a pub

The staff here is so kind. I can’t speak highly enough about Melissa. She was very understanding when i wanted to change my service and was so helpful during my cut. Really took the time to discuss my haircut and what I wanted. Was super friendly and the woman who checked me in was also super nice and friendly! Can’t recommend enough.

I had a nice hair wash with Dina she is a delight she's very upbeat personable easy going with conversation. She paid attention to my requests and I'm thrilled with such great service there was another hair stylist in the building and she was very upbeat and personable also Dina and the other lovely woman who was there are both keepers!

Great location for a well executed cut and top notch customer service! I walked in without a real plan and just knew I needed a much overdue chop. It was chilly out too so I definitely wanted my hair blow dried and I left with a a wonderful bouncy hair do that I didn't know my hair could pull off. My unruly grays were all tamed and terrible ends were all restored to healthy ends that won't tangle as soon as I move. Thanks so much again!
