Ever have the kind of haircut where you need to go home and give yourself a haircut? That happened today. The woman was nice but It was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. It ended up uneven, and the kind of uneven where in order to even it out I needed to cut it way shorter. At the end of the haircut she couldn't even style my hair the way I usually do it because she had messed it up. She actually didn't even use a blow dryer or brush the hair off of me the entire haircut so at multiple points I needed to brush hair out of my own face. She seemed pleasant but this was the kind of thing that reminded me why many of the chains we went to as kids are dying. Just disappointing overall. It was nothing a pair of clippers couldn't fix but if I wanted to buzz my own hair I wouldn't have went

I don't know the name of the girl who cut my hair but she had shoulder length black or brunette hair. She did an amazing job. The first time I've had it cut actually correctly and very good was by her. 10/10

Had Samantha and was frustrated leaving due to low satisfaction. I wanted a big chop with layers and left with a bob. She couldn’t make a straight cut and kept cutting shorter to achieve the look. She was rushing and kept taking breaks.

Jesiem did a great job . She is really funny , and made me look fresh . Def may go back to this location .
