Supercuts

“Angela” ……..Let me first say I don’t ever go to Supercuts or Great Clips or sports clips or any of these chain type places cause 9/10 times your going to end up looking like a test experiment from a barber or cosmetologist fresh out of school! HOWEVER, I didn’t have any other options on a Sunday in Tomball, Texas and was really wanting to clean up before some business I have here for the week. After doing a little reading and seeing that people were generally happy with this girl named Angela. I made an appointment with her online so I knew I was getting the best chance I could get at a Supercuts and not some random! She didn’t disappoint. This is genuinely how a “stylist” allowed a paying customer to walk out with his hair looking like a chop shop job. I am confident a pair of scissors from the dollar store and unlicensed professional could have done a better job than this. On top of that the workers were rude, unprofessional, and the facility was disgusting in appearance with hair even on the check in counter. The manager did make it right and give a refund. But the stylist should have never charged him in the first place. If you don’t know how to cut hair, don’t work at Super”cuts”

Loved my experience here. My stylist, Hazel, was very sweet. I asked the poor thing questions the entire time. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She coached me on how and when to use my products to effectively treat my damaged hair. I told her my type of lifestyle and she gave me a beautiful haircut that matched (dodged a potential mistake of getting bangs). The place was kept clean. Good environment. I made an appointment online and was seen immediately. Will be returning for my future cuts.

Angela did a great job shaping and cutting my hair today. Sold me some products to keep my hair healthy. Hazel also gave me some tips for my hair while I was there. They were both so knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back the end of January for them to make my hair even healthier looking. And was so reasonable in price.

Although the young lady worked on my hair and even eyeballed it to measure, I still have uneven hair with one side longer than the other. It's not too bad so I will wait a couple of days to have it trimmed again but probably elsewhere.
