Asked for a pic in order to get an idea of what we wanted, I show her the one on the left and we wind up with this hot mess all chopped up and ball spots. I asked why so much use of the machine instead of scissors. “Don’t worry I’m not finished.” Horribly unacceptable… Truthfully not worthy of one ⭐️

I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick refresh, and I’m SO glad I found Cici! She gave me one of the best blowouts and a perfect trim — my hair felt so smooth, bouncy, and healthy afterward. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and thoughtful she was. I have naturally curly hair, and she took the time to give me amazing tips on how to better care for and style it. You can tell she really cares about her clients and loves what she does. Cici was phenomenal and very personable. She made me feel like I was at a 5 star salon. I have long hair, usually stylists like to cut to short but Cici made sure to meet my expectations.

I specifically told the girl, DO NOT touch my sides as I've been letting it grow for months. What was the first thing she did? Yes, cut the sides. I wanted to cry. I just went in for a trim. Oh and I was charged full priced!

I booked an appointment online for 1:30 for first available. I got there early and Fabiola took me right away and did a great job. Love my haircut
