Supercuts

I just have to say something. So my sister got her haircut the other day. When she got home and started looking in the mirror she was horrified. She came out and said look at my hair I just got it cut. Wow how bad it was so bad. First of all they were supposed to cut it at shoulder length its way above it. It's choppy uneven. It's horrible looking. She went back to get it fixed. They charged her to fix it. Didn't return her money or her tip and didn't fix it for free. That's ridiculous I would never set foot in this place ever.

The hair stylist should take time time, patience and care when asking what the client wants. I told her I wanted a trim and exactly where I wanted my hair to end and that I like a blunt cut. I also told her that I have earring and please be gentle brushing my hair. Not one but both sides she caught my earrings and I actually lost one of my earring, I realized after I left. My hair is too short and then she tried to soften the ends when I asked for a blunt end. Felt confident that this cheap place couldn't mess up a blunt cut trim. Super disappointed.

My husband is military. Our children have always received the military discount under my husband until we came here. They refused and said they only offer it to the person in the military and were extremely rude about it. The old short haired lady also did a horrible job with my son's hair. She didn't follow the picture we showed her at all cutting my son's hair WAY TOO SHORT and then still charged us $30 for a bad job. And then she barely cleaned the hair off my son and somehow managed to get it all over the inside of his shirt. So he was left extremely itchy and uncomfortable and I had to change him in the car to help. Do not bring your children here. They are AWFUL! I should've just gone to fun kutz.

I asked the stylist to do a layered haircut and she did a straight cut. So I asked her to add more layers. She said “it’s not showing cause my hairs still wet” but when it dried up it looked horrible. I would never come here again, what happened to the old owner Anna she was the best. Please tell me if my hair looks layered.

I’ve been a regular here for a while since it’s very close to my home. Typically, you can expect friendly and professional staff with great customer service. This is where they get their 2 stars from. As far as haircuts go, I’m usually not very picky but I tend to leave here feeling somewhat disappointed. At the time I write this review, I actually went out of my way to buy a hat from the Ross next door immediately after leaving. Just go somewhere else
