Supercuts

The WORST place ever. I had an appointment and still waited 45 minutes past appointment time. When I told her I wanted a wash and cut, just I had stated while making the appointment , she said they were behind and could NOT wash my hair. But she would dampen it with a spray bottle. That is not what I made my appointment for. Then she became rude with me when I got up to leave. There should be an option for ZERO stars. I’m sorry but hair washing is a basic service that a hair salon should be expected to do when that is what the appointment was made for.

I went for a haircut and asked for layers and ended up with very uneven and choppy pieces. I am unable to wear my hair in a ponytail now and it will take a very long time to grow out. The girl who cut my hair was very nice but unfortunately I would not recommend her and will not go to supercuts again. She didn't dry my hair after the cut so I couldn't see what it looked like until I got home and dried it myself.

From out of state, took a chance on Supercuts. Chloe took excellent care of me and gave me the cut I asked for. Thank you Chloe!!

Thank you very much. Excellent experience friendly and made me feel good about cutting my hair after growing it for a year. All the staff gave a opinion. I felt welcomed and I felt like a priority. Five stars all the way through
