She was nice (notice I don’t know her name since she never introduced herself ) but it was the most half ass service I’ve ever received . I swear I counted ten hairs on the floor that she cut from my head . For the shampoo portion her fingers didn’t touch my scalp once . Just very very awkward half performed service . Would definitely not recommend. And I always buy the bar products they suggest for me during the service , and left empty handed . Because she didn’t speak a word. Such a awkward experience

Hair was choppy and uneven. I ended up having to try my best to fix the uneven long strands that were missed when I got home. Stylist seemed new and inexperienced. I can’t even say at least customer service was good because the experience was silent for 99 % of the time. I had to stand for my haircut. I don’t think I would ever return unfortunately.

Natalie is my girl! I only come in when she is working and I love the online scheduling feature! My hair always looks AMAZING when shes done!!

It was a great experience the lady that had cut my hair was very polite, careful , very detail oreainted, seemed like she was very experienced as far as being a hairdresser, and knew how to keep a conversation going . Great experience for a hair cut.
