Carmen, the Manager of Supercuts at age 72 is the fastest Foil highlighting hairstylist I’ve ever had! Nothing but time and experience and some wisdom can achieve that! I love her razor cut and all of her work!

I had a very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 5:50 PM and I arrived exactly at 5:50 PM. The salon was completely empty. The stylist asked me to wait. About five minutes later, a man arrived at 5:55 PM. At first she told him that I was next, but then she came back and told me that I had to wait because his appointment was actually at 5:30 PM, meaning he arrived late and yet he was placed ahead of me. I have three small children, and I specifically chose this time,which is peak hour and made arrangements to leave them, counting on the fact that my appointment would be honored on time. This was a significant sacrifice for me. If the salon had been full, I would have been much more understanding. But the salon was empty, I arrived on time, and I was still asked to wait while

I have been coming here to cut my hair for more than 5 years and I love it. Everyone is so nice, and I usually pick Dámaris if she is available but all the ladies here are awesome. You can't go wrong with the price either, it's good service at an affordable price.

My wife loves her new haircut! Maria took her time to make sure my wife’s hair was perfect. Thank you for your excellent service today. The interior was clean and the workers were taking walk ins. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a confirmed appointment and arrived on time, only to be told by Stephanie she “couldn’t do my hair” because the other stylist had taken the curling iron and the salon was closing in 30 minutes. Instead of offering a solution, she spoke to me as if the situation was my fault. If an appointment is accepted, the salon should be prepared to honor it or at least communicate proactively. Poor planning and lack of basic courtesy made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend booking here if you need reliability or professionalism.
