Supercuts

My son is very unhappy. He said scissors and she insisted on clippers. There is a reason he never wants clippers bc it cuts too much off too fast. He asked for a trim and long layers. He got a whole different short haircut. When you’re changing the whole look of a person it’s important to stop and say “is this what you wanted?” This isn’t about being a good stylist . This is about listening and understanding what a person wants. She did ask him questions but teenagers aren’t great at communicating. That’s when you have to read facial expressions instead. Sadly this is a result every time we encounter a younger stylist . Speed seems to be more important than being creative and intuitive. Usually we get Danielle , or Benita. I met this sweet girl named Bree who was very helpful in assisting me with selecting a haircut style. We got on a conversation topic on wigs, about which she was very knowledgeable and it was interesting to learn about them. She also asked me engaging questions about myself and wanted my feedback on how I was liking the progress of the haircut. I really enjoyed the whole experience, thank you so much!

Had another great haircut with Bree! So happy to have found her. She is not only super sweet but very good at cutting hair!

It sucked. The hairdresser did exactly the opposite of what I asked for. I’m going to a wedding in 2 days and she ruined my hair. I wanted to keep the length and trim the sides and she chopped the back and did nothing to fix the sides. I want a full refund

Aisha did a really great job with my haircut! It’s not what I usually get, but she made it look really clean and fresh. She’s new at this location but definitely knows what she’s doing, super friendly and detail oriented too. I’ll definitely be back!
