Supercuts

Derrick did an amazing job! I went from long hair to short, and Derrick worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The online check-in made the wait reasonable. The only thing that could be better is maybe having a service option online where you're choosing long hair to short haircut with layering so that the time estimate is a little more accurate because that takes more time than just a trim with long hair. (I felt guilty for taking up so much time. :x)

I've been a Supercuts customer for years. Laura and her crew at the Maine Mall location are always fantastic and friendly. They're quick and I always leave with a quality cut worth far more than the price. I always look forward to my visits to their salon. Great cut, great conversation, great people!

Jasmine is absolutely amazing. She gets my haircut perfect every time! I don't know what I would do without her! It's not an easy cut

I often book with Laura, who does a great job, at this South Portland (across from Maine Mall) location, but she was not available at the time I needed. This morning, Mackenzie washed, cut, and styled my hair and I was very pleased with the result. She was also very pleasant and polite. I go to Supercuts about every 5 weeks, and it nice to have good choices!

Although I hadn’t called ahead, they took my name and I waited. The entire staff was professional, engaging, and my stylist did a great job and was funny as well. I know Supercuts gets a bad rap, but I’ve had nothing but great service & great haircuts evey time I’ve gone.
