This is a great salon to get your haircut! Also, the shampooing was very relaxing as the stylist worked her magic on my scalp, I almost passed out during the shampoo massage. Lol seasoned stylist, she told me that she has been cutting and styling hair for 20 years. My experience was above average. Great service as always.

When we arrived, it didn’t feel like we were being welcomed, especially since it was the end of the day. The woman who assisted us never explained from the beginning that there would be no hair washing that day due to water restrictions in the city, particularly since some places still had water available. She cut my hair in about 10 minutes and said she knew how to do the style, but she left it uneven. She didn’t style my hair for finishing, and at the end, when we asked about the shampoo wash, she responded as if it were obvious — saying there was no shampoo service that day because of the water situation. Overall, we did not feel well attended. It seemed like she didn’t want to be there, she was rude, and the experience was very disappointing.

I wanted long layers put in my hair I thought she would have done a better job blending it. She wasn't very friendly at all. And heard the other styles talking about someone outside which ended up being my boyfriend. Was very unhappy not going back for sure. My mom told me if you didn't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. But that goes to show you not everyone was raised to have manners.

Sarah is the BEST! Awesome at her job, patient, pays attention to details. But Jennifer and Randy won't let you down. Just don't get there 5 minutes before closing or when it snows enough to close I 49! Awesome job ladies and gentleman! OH, and the Hot Towels are FREE unlike other sports in the business, 😉.
