Supercuts

My daughter had her hair braided (two French braids) at another Supercuts location and wasn’t happy with how it turned out, so we stopped by this Saugus location to see if they could help. The team was incredibly understanding and took her right away to redo the style with another stylist. They did not charge for the redo and explained that a quick blowout would help achieve the look she wanted. The results were fantastic, and my daughter left feeling so happy and confident. We really appreciated the level of customer service and that Supercuts stands behind their work. The store manager, Nicole, was an absolute angel and made my daughter feel like a princess. We will definitely be back!

I saw Sophia and she was so patient. I got a beautiful layered bob and she listened to me with such patience. As a stay at home mom I don’t do much for myself. Having a walk in service is so convenient because I never know when I have a spare minute. Sophia did a beautiful job and also was very responsive when I wanted more length off and more layers. I love my haircut and will for sure be going back!

I made an appointment for a cut, shampoo, style, blow dry. When I arrived, I was seen in about 10 minutes after the time I scheduled because they were pretty busy. Ariana saw me, and she really took her time during the consultation to understand the perfect haircut for me. She also had some great suggestions for the haircut. She was very thorough at every step along the way and made great conversation. I loved the haircut, and I’ll be back to see Ariana! She’s amazing, and this was the best Supercuts I’ve ever been to.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for several years, and recently experienced a minor issue with my haircut. I contacted the salon, and was fortunate to speak with Nicole. She was incredibly pleasant and understanding, offering to allow me to return to address the issue. I appreciated her willingness to assist. Upon my return, Ari provided excellent care and went above and beyond to ensure my hair looked exactly as I desired. Ari's attention to detail and skill truly impressed me, and I am now completely satisfied with the results. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I met Ana today for regular men's haircut and she did a fantastic job. I have been trying out local barber shops for a while now and I have to say that the quality of haircut I received today is comparable if not better than the more expensive local shops. I would definitely recommend Ana who was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented. Thank you Ana
