Supercuts

I've had decent haircuts from here before but today she didn't follow what I asked for and the cut wasn't good. Also, I got the head massage and it was terrible, like zero pressure. In the past I had a haircut and head massage from the guy that works there. He's pretty good. I'd probably avoid the others.

Worst hair cut ever. Can understand that one can have a bad day with hair cut but the problem was my stylist didn’t know the proper technique to cut hair. She was maybe worse than what I was able to do during COVID. Never going back there! And highly recommend people to avoid this place.

Based on all the reviews here, I expected this place to be good enough for a simple trim. But honestly, the quality of service is worse than I thought. This Asian lady who cut my hair was so impatient, barely listened to what I wanted and was so rude when I asked her if the trim was a bit too short. Customer service and communication is lacking here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good/neutral experience, not even for a basic trim.

I was a walk in. But I was forgotten as he had to get another page out. I was waiting for over an hour before I got the "look" and he comes over and asked if I had checked in with him. I said yes and gave my name. Next thing I know I was in a chair getting my hair cut. The technician was very nice.

My first time here. Great salon and great and skilled stylists. This is going to be my to go salon. They exceeded my expectations. Ann was amazing! I only had to explain once to her and she understood perfectly well. Result: a great hair cut! Thanks Ann!
