Supercuts

I went in for a shampoo and blowout. Sarah asked if I wanted the blowout with a roll brush and stated it was extra. I looked at the sign with the price of $33.98 and said that was fine. She washed my hair and blow dryed my hair leaving it damp and asked if I was good with it. I asked her if she was going to finish with the roll brush and said no cause I said I didn't want it. I told her that she misunderstood but she said she had an appointment. I agreed to wait a bit but then she came to me and asked again if I wanted the roll brush cause she was going to be awhile. I asked how long she'd be and she said she'd be an hour. I asked her how much it was going to be if I waited and she said $64. I said absolutely not. As I was paying she was blaming me for the misunderstanding and that I w

My haircut is/was great. Sarah was kind and attentive. She took her time to give my requests her full attention. I was not happy that I waited over 40 mins for my appointment when I arrived 5 mins early. They were not running behind, they took walk ins without an appointment ahead of me. I don’t blame the stylist or the Manager. It’s the system Supercuts set up. Appointments should come first, and walk ins worked in between. Otherwise making an appointment is useless.

Sara solis is a wonderful hair dresser and person. I am grateful for her patience and kindness, and showing so much grace. She’s very gentle with my hair and I’m so grateful for that cause I had a migraine headache which I did not tell her about and I hadn’t brushed My hair that morning because I needed to go to the chiropractor because I had a migraine headache and my neck hurts severely bad so I just put it up in a bun at the top so she was so gentle brushing through my hair. She’s a wonderful employee and a great asset to your company. You are so blessed to have her her.

I had an amazing experience with Theresa, She did my hair exactly how I wanted it. So professional, kind, and talented. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Love my pixie cut. Sarah was friendly and took time to understand what I wanted. Shr has a very soft touch for shampooing too. She cut my hair right the first time over. She noticed areas the needed blending before I said anything! I have multiple cowlicks and having gone through menopause my hair is thinner in the front. Plus I switch my bangs from one side when one cowlick is not cooperating. I will definitely go back to her!! Thank you so much!
