Supercuts

My regular barber was booked for the week, so I decided to walk in. The $29 price for a basic cut caught me a little off guard at first, but I was lucky enough to be next in Cory’s chair—and that made all the difference. Cory was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely talented. He turned a simple haircut into an outstanding experience. I received several compliments on the style over the next few days, which says a lot. Huge compliments to Roseburg Supercuts for having someone like Cory on your team, and a heartfelt thank you for one of the best haircut experiences I’ve had in my 54 years of going to Supercuts as a last resort. Oh my God, I knew I was gonna forget her name, but she did the most awesomeness job and she was polite. Great customer service with her. I don’t know about the manager, though. She needs a little help learning how to talk to people and never mind her phone being on her phone and I went with my daughter to have her haircut too, and she told me she couldn’t do it because she had a haircut, but she wasn’t doing nothing But she wasn’t doing anything. She didn’t have a haircut. Shame on her and shame on Supercuts for having a manager like that.

The stylist that did my hair did a good job! I came in and got a quick shave for my undercut and she was really nice and made me feel comfortable for it being my first time in a salon! My service was $23 which to me is a good price for a quick shave. Overall I had a good experience!

Excellent customer service. These ladies listen when you let them know how you want your hair cut. They ask questions for clarification. Lori was fabulous!! She cut my hair and styled it. She explained to me how to style my hair different way to get specific looks. I enjoyed my hair experience and definitely will be back.
