I took a chance on Supercuts - Rexburg recently and walked out genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the shop felt clean, organized, and welcoming—exactly what you want when you’re trusting someone with your hair. Check-in was straightforward, and even though they were busy, everything moved efficiently without feeling rushed or chaotic. What stood out most was the professionalism and attention to detail. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted, asked a couple of clarifying questions, and then explained how they planned to approach the cut. Brennae was fantastic and everyone should request to have her, she was very quick and easy to talk with. She did exactly what I asked for and clarified on things that I didnt fully explain well. It was a great experience and I am glad I was able to go in when she was available!

I always reserve online so I rarely have to wait very much. I always get the same, very simple cut; so the haircut itself is always good and doesn't take super long. The workers are very pleasant too
