Brittany K. did an excellent job with my bangs! I showed her a picture of how I like them. Which is very short, to give them some volume. Brittany did them absolutely perfectly! And believe me I’ve left some high end Newbury Street Salon’s with uneven chunks chopped off. I’m only trusting Brittany K. with my bangs going forward! She’s been cutting my husband’s hair for about a year. And I’ve always said after he goes to Brittany K. that it’s the best haircut he’s ever had. That’s how I found her! She took 10 years off of me! Loving my bangs!

Kelly did an excellent job with my haircut. She was very pleasant and friendly. Listened to what i wanted for my haicut and executed perfectly. Look 10 years younger. Was taken right away when I walked in even though had appointment coming up.

It was incredibly awful. I will never return to a Supercuts. We had a 9-9:30 apt. The woman was extremely rough and rushed the entire time. She acted as if she couldn’t be bothered with us. We had an appointment. We were taken a couple of minutes early but were done with the shampoo, hair cut and “rough blow dry” by 9:10. My daughter complained after about how rough the woman’s hands were when washing her hair and how she pulled her earring. She should not be cutting hair if she can’t take the time to actually do it.

I visited supercuts in Reading, MA yesterday and I must say I received nothing but the best service. I was a stand alone walk in and even though it was busy with over 5 people being served, I was taken in within 10 minutes (very impressive). Now, I work in the medical field and try to help the community as much as I can so I've been growing my hair out for over 2 years to donate for CWHL. The hair stylist that seated me was very good and understood the mission straight away. She immediately tied off and cut the donated portion and put to the side then asked what I wanted for a cut. I appreciated that as we both understood the haircut was secondary to helping a child feel more comfortable again. When asked what I wanted for a cut, I said "a gentleman's cut."
