The service was good enough, pleasant personable stylist.... but we had a 215 appt... didn't get in the chair until 245... watched the entire waiting area empty out in front of us. They shouldn't offer appointments... they don't honor them.

Excellent service. Walked right in lady was very sweetened nice..she washed my hair and cut it and di an amazing job. Supercuts is my go to. Never had a bad experience there. Thank you for the great customer service

Update: added a star because the owner helped me process my refund when I wasn't getting answers from the staff. I won't change my review on my experience though, definitely watch out if you're getting a blow dry. It's only good if you get Emma. Today I went here and got a cut and blow dry and some girl completely blow dried me without putting ANY products in my hair to protect it from the heat. And they used to have military discount they no longer do. Don't go here if you are thinking about getting blow dried I left with more damage to my hair than I came in with. I appreciate the waxing, I appreciate the cut but you can't even do a basic blow dry without understanding how to? I kind of assumed you at least hired people who have a license. Had an appointment for 2pm. Didn’t get in chair until 3pm. Stylist sprayed what is usually water to wet my hair. It had a very strong odor of Eucalyptus which I dislike the smell of. Otherwise it was fine.

I had walked in on Saturday but couldn’t be accommodated. It was late in the day. So I scheduled on line for Sunday. I was lucky to get Annabella. She did an amazing cut, and made great suggestions. I hope to see her again to brighten my gray hair! Thank you Annabella.
