Supercuts

Heather was so personable and kind. She listened/understood exactly what i was looking for in a cut (which i was definitely not clear in myself nor could i explain 😅) she offered her thoughts/suggestions and I could not be more happy with the results. The other staff were also very kind, welcoming and attentive.

The receptionist was very patient trying to locate my account and find out the name of the stylist who cut my hair last visit. That stylist was not in today so Lori cut my hair. Lori was great; she listened to my concerns and preferences then cut my hair accordingly. She was thorough yet fast. Lori was pleasant and professional. She did a great job on my hair so I look forward to seeing how it works out in the weeks to come. I am happy with my visit.

This was my 3 year old daughter’s first time sitting in the big chair on her own. Kayla was so kind and did a really nice job of cutting my daughter’s hair. We will be back ! Just went back and got a haircut for myself by Chrissy! She did an amazing job! Everyone there is so nice and friendly!

I have had two trims at the Plaistow location, and I have been very pleased. Both women, Judy and Sam, listened to me and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. I will return in about four weeks for another trim. I wear my hair short, a pixie style, cut above the ears, but longish on the top to help control my cowlicks.

Tess was great! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained how my hair would fall if she cut it a certain way. And was happy to make any adjustments after she was done.
