Biggest turn off ever. I had the day off of work and wanted to get a trim on my very long hair. Booked an appointment online. Arrived 15 minutes early. 2 women cutting hair. I stood there for a minute, nobody says a word. I sit down in the sitting area. Still nothing. If you can’t even lift you hair and say “hi, someone will be with you in a few,” or even HELLO at the very least, why would I sit in your chair and tip you? Definitely a first and last for me.

Highly recommend Rosa! She goes above and beyond, takes her time to understand what you are looking for and gave me a wonderful haircut. She's great!

went in as a walk-in and was immediately assisted by friendly and kind staff. my haircut came out exactly how I wanted too!!

This Supercuts location is clean, welcoming, and staffed with incredibly friendly people. I had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Jess, and she was fantastic! Not only was she super professional, but also a blast to chat with. She walked me through every step of the haircut, explaining what she was doing and why—something I really appreciated. I'm currently on a mission to perfect my modern mullet, and with Jess’s help, I know I’m in great hands. I genuinely look forward to going back for the next step in the journey!
