Blonde lady needs to understand kids will be kids. Complained about my daughter setting off their doorbell because she was walking around. Get a less sensitive door bell in such a small space if your workers have an issue with it. I had to update this review because I wrote it while waiting. But please find better people. This lady got into it with a family, and also said something rude to my sister. She made the family leave. Please check the camera footage for 12/22 around 6PM and talk to this woman about customer service and appropriate language

I went in today got a haircut from Marie. When I got home. And curled and straightened my hair. It was absolutely on point, the cut is so perfect. A cut of layers I have been looking for someone, I finally found my hair stylist. I called to tell Marie thanks for such a wonderful cut. I will be coming back to see Marie for future appointments.

I only give it two stars because while the place was nice and the women were nice the older Hispanic lady who cut my hair shouldn't be cutting hair! I told her how I wanted my hair, very simple cut, I do it myself often, but wanted to have it done as a treat for my birthday. She cut it so short it looks nothing like what I asked for and now I'm stuck with a horrible hair cut. I wasn't rude I paid her and tipped her but she really needs a different job

Shout out to Jasmine! I have never seen someone handle that many customer queries with such poise and kindness. Each conversation she had with a customer was sincere and genuine. Never have I ever had my haircut EXACTLY how I pictured it. Absolutely amazing!! 10/10 service. 100/10 stylist. ✨🕺
