Supercuts

Date of service: February 24 I went to Supercuts today and was seen by Jen. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience and I’m very unhappy with the result. I specifically asked for a wolf cut, including bangs. That is not what I received. What I ended up with is just a lot of uneven layers and no wolf cut at all, and I did not get bangs despite clearly requesting them. Jen was not very communicative throughout the appointment. We didn’t talk much, which made it hard to feel heard or reassured. At one point, she told me that once my hair dried we would reassess and possibly cut the bangs shorter. However, once my hair was dry, she told me that cutting the bangs any shorter would make my layers “look weird,” and no changes were made. This left me stuck with a haircut I did not want an

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this Supercuts! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, every single employee was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very family friendly, which immediately put us at ease. My daughter is 4 years old and this was her first haircut, so I was a little nervous about how it would go, but the staff was incredible. They were so patient, kind, and gentle with her, taking the time to talk to her, reassure her, and make the experience fun instead of scary. They did a wonderful job on her hair, and she left smiling and feeling proud of herself. Our first time trying Supercuts. Will come back! We used to go to their competitor in town but they let us down 3x in a row so we decided to give Supercuts a shot. The wait time was a little longer than what we were used to but we found out for a good reason why! They take their time with each patron they had. They explained things well to my teen and made sure it was to his liking. We'd definitely wait again if we had to! They cleaned him off well too. His previous place they saw him in 10 minutes and left him needing to shower before he could do anything else for the day. Supercuts cleaned him off so well I didn't even need to dust off any hair lingering. Thank you for taking the time! It definitely shows. I love that I switched over!

Bad experience 😪 the lady really messed up my eyebrows! Completely uneven on both sides. Took off way too much hair on one side of my eyebrow when I specifically said I was growing that side out. I am so sad and irritated! I just wanted to share so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Took my daughter and I in for a hair cut the lady’s was so sweet and the hair cut was so good we both loved it. I was so happy with the service I took my oldest daughter in for a hair cut and color her hair was very hard to die they was so patient with her. She had blue streaks and brown roots. There prices are reasonable. We will be going there for now on.
