Supercuts

My son got a trim this afternoon and though I tipped the hairdresser because I believe in people earning a living wage, I wasn't exactly happy with the service. I reassured her multiple times that I wasn't expecting to get a perfect cut, the kids salon down the road was booked and unable to squeeze me in and I was thankful that she was willing to try and cut his hair. He is an anxious toddler that has sensory sensitivity and some fear of his head being touched previous experiences. He made it abundantly clear that he didn't like the buzzers so I told her to only use scissors. She started and he was brave as long as I was close to him. She tried to ask me to let him hold the phone to watch his show and basically to politely move out of the way...he wasn't having it so we just did a dance ar

The one star is for the poor management of the shop. I've been going to the Amelia Drive Supercuts for years and lately when I call for an appointment no one answers the phone. Website says shop opens at 9AM. Management needs to change the opening time on the website or get some there on time. If you can't retain stylists, shut it down. When it is open Service is great.

If you are willing to make it right at supercuts, you should refund my $180, otherwise I will be telling everyone i know not to go to your business. I had to get my hair fixed and now my hair is breaking because of too much chemicals in a week's time. Don't just say you want to improve my experience, do something like refund my money. Its a corporate its not like you're business doesn't have the money to refund!! 😡
