First time to come in as walk in for men’s haircut. The lady with purple shaded on hair who was present in the shop didn’t even welcome us gladly. We we’re the one who initiated “hi” “hello”. And she was the one who did my haircut and unfortunately I wasn’t happy and satisfied with the outcome. She asked what I wanted, I said I wanted a faded haircut on both sides and on my back. I felt like I wasn’t contented even though she gave me the mirror to check what I still wanted to get done. I don’t know coz that small mirror would not be enough to see how my haircut should be done. She’s the one who can actually see how she does it if both sides are equal. When she gave me the mirror, a customer came and she prioritize it, even if they can wait for a while then she came back to me. I went home

Daphne was amazing on the phone when I called. She asked me questions about how I wanted my hair let me explain, how I style my hair on a daily basis. Explain how to style my new hairstyle as well what are some good products to use loved it. Definitely coming back because of her

Had a haircut with Nancy. She was very nice and did a great job. I have thin and fine hair and she knew how to work with it.

I didn’t catch the name of the person who cut my hair (my fault as I should have asked) but she did great. She listened to exactly what I wanted and talked me through her ideas and what she was going to do so that we were both clear on the outcome. I asked to keep as much of my length as possible while getting rid of split ends. I also asked for layers and face framing pieces. She did a great job! I am very happy with my haircut. Thank you!
