Excellent location, very clean and welcoming. Linda was my stylist and did an outstanding job! She paid attention to what I wanted, asked questions along the way and gave me just the best haircut. Though I wear shorter hair, you'd be surprised at how many salons just leave it on the ears, over the eyebrows, etc. Linda was fun to talk with and I could tell she takes pride in every head that leaves the salon. I'll definitely return and ask for Linda!

I understand that appointments are scheduled by time slot, and this was my first time. I made the appointment online and only selected a few services because I wasn’t sure what I wanted for my daughter. When we arrived, I asked them to wash her hair, but they only got it wet. She did the haircut, and I thought it looked very nice. She followed my instructions on what I wanted. However, the worst part was when I asked her to fully dry my daughter’s hair. She let me know the price would be much higher, and I told her that was not a problem. I never asked about prices, and I was prepared to pay whatever was necessary for the service. I understand they can add it to the system. While she was partially drying her hair, I noticed she didn’t seem very experienced with blow-drying. Then another

I come here every month for haircut. Linda is my favorite because she is the best. She has wonderful attention to detail and produces great results.

The Supercuts at Shops Way in Northborough is fantastic and their service is top notch. Tiffany is fantastic, professional, courteous, and is just an amazing asset to your location. If I need my hair cut, I will always chose this place first.
