This was my first time here for a haircut! Jessica is amazing. I told her exactly what I needed - I was long overdue with my long layers that it got so heavy overall. Love the results and face framing that I requested. Awesome customer service, attentive, personable and just overall pleased with the experience.

I made an appointment with another place and realized I went to the wrong address. Walked in and put me right in the list. Tanis was amazing!!!! I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to do but had a rough idea. She took my lifestyle, what I was looking for and my ideas all into consideration and what came out of it is the best hair cut I have had in years. I will be back for sure. So glad I popped into the wrong place by mistake because I found my new hairdresser.

​REVIEW: 0/5 STARS - Complete Butchery ​If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took my teenage son here for a standard fade—a basic request for any competent barber—and he walked out with the worst haircut I have ever seen in my life. ​We provided a clear reference photo, but the "stylist" (and I use that term very lightly) clearly had no idea what she was doing. She didn't just miss the mark; she completely butchered his hair. She shaved all the way up to the crown on one side and actually went over the crown on the other. To make matters worse, it wasn't even remotely symmetrical. One side is noticeably higher than the other, leaving his head looking completely lopsided. ​It’s one thing to have a "bad hair day," but it’s another thing entirely to expect a "professional service

Why do I pay for a monthly unlimited cuts If I go in there to use it and your staff refuses to help. Last time they had a screw up with my Phone number and called the owner and they found my account and supposedly fixed it. Today I go in and mistakenly booked the wrong location ok. No problem I’m now a walk-in as I said to the stylist. No more than 60 seconds of help to try and find my membership and she couldn’t. Instead she complained about how they have told the owner to get rid of the program and then looked past me at someone who walked in and took them. Ridiculous. I walked out with no haircut. The stylists working according to your app check in were Denise and Sasha. The person who assisted me was not Denise as she cut my hair last service. The other stylist couldn’t make time for

Denise has been my hair stylist for 4 years. I always come back to her because she provides great customer service as well as a professional attitude. Her technique is slow and consistent in hair cutting. Give her kudos and a big shout out to her for her dedication to her work. Thank you for having her employed at that location! DENISE!!!
