Supercuts

I needed a haircut yesterday and walked into the Supercuts at Quonset point. I was greeted by Tiffany, who proceeded to cut my hair. She was very pleasant efficient and effective in cutting my hair. She spent additional time blending the short sides into the longer top. She was more than willing to take a little more off the top when requested. Overall, the experience was excellent as she finished off the cut with a hot towel, wiping my neck and forehead. I am very pleased with my haircut that I received a senior discount on And would definitely visit with Tiffany again. Five stars ⭐️ F ⭐️ I ⭐️ V ⭐️ E ⭐️

Meh. For women, the stylists do not have full haircare knowledge. My hair is curly, and I recently went there for a cut. The stylist did not know how to cut my very curly hair. She sprayed it with a spray bottle. Any seasoned stylist should know to cut my type of curly hair, you must do it while it's dry to get a proper shaping. When I told the stylist what I wanted, and she wasn't able to achieve it, she said "well I don't know what else to do for you". Needless to say, I just let it be. I paid and tipped her. But I'll never go back there. And my hair looks like Bozo the clown 🤡 no offense to Bozo 😆 UPDATE: I appreciate the message. You should offer to have another professional stylist fix it for free! The stylist, Tiffany S. Was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my color. She previously cut it for me and did a great cut:. So both experiences were quite good. However, I don’t think people in the middle of applying color should have to assist walk ins. I think that is a systemic issue for you folks. When you’re sitting in a chair with time sensitive chemicals going on to your hair, that’s stressful. I’ve never had that happen before. So that was why it’s not a 5. The hair looks great nevertheless and Tiffany is a star!
