Don’t always post reviews like this but, kind of unhappy with how things turned out, love my bangs which is what I initially went in for, but when I left my hair was 2 different lengths on either side of my face… had to even it out at home, and not to mention she made it “all one length” (even though it wasn’t even) all the way round so my head looked square and flat. There wasn’t any movement to my hair and when I had initially asked for layers and face framing she said no that she wasn’t going to do that because the bangs would have enough framing pieces… had to basically redo the entire cut at home watching TikTok videos to try and make it look better. 3 stars are only because she did the bangs nicely. Gave her a tip to be nice but after all this i guess I shouldn’t have. 😬🤦‍♀️

I have been bringing my daughter (who is Autistic) to this place for almost 8 years. She is now almost 15 years old and there simply is no other way that she'd feel comfortable getting her hair cut unless its with ARLETA! She is so patient and kind. Thank you for your amazing service!

I see Judy at the salon. And my experience is always good. She has a special way of making you feel you are all that matters while in her chair. She listens to how you would like your haircut. And our conversations are always therapeutic! She never speaks poorly of her customers her superiors or the franchise. Its always a good experience always for the last 5 years !

I had a perfect haircut by Sebastian. My hair is short and thick with a couple of cowlicks, and he gave me a very neat trim according to my preferences. I finally found a stylist in this area that I will return to. Thanks so much!
