Haircut by Sarah. She is very personable, asks questions about what you're looking for, and styles your haircut accordingly. She "gets" it. I watched her interact with young children and adults. She treated all with respect and dignity and as if they are the most important person around.

The best haircut I’ve had in a while! High-quality personnel. The only issue, is that the weight was not accurate. I signed in online and it said 4 minute wait. I waited about 20 minutes. That’s OK, it was well worth the $26 for a great haircut.

This is Ann. I got one of the best haircuts I have ever had. My stylist asked her colleague for assistance with my cowlicks and she did a wonderful job. Whoever was working in Needham January 7 at 4:20 pm… thanks! I am very happy!

Excellent salon was very busy I walked in without an appointment and they were so accommodating to help. The girl at the desk said we are very booked, but if you could be patient we will accommodate you within a half hour to 45 minutes and I was in and out with a great haircut 30 minutes later. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She has been cutting hair for my kids, my husband, and myself, and every single time she goes above and beyond. Not only does she give us all fantastic haircuts, but she makes the entire experience so special—especially for the kids. She takes the time to listen to them, makes them laugh, and turns what could be a routine haircut into something fun and memorable. Today my 3 kids came in for shampoos and haircuts and had such a blast with her—it felt more like a treat than an appointment. We are so grateful to have Michelle in our lives and can’t say enough about her talent, kindness, and the way she makes every visit enjoyable. She truly deserves all the credit and recognition for the wonderful work she does!
