Supercuts

Stephanie did a good job for me as I hadn't had a cut in a while not trusting other establishments, so she was working with long, tangled, thick hair. She was able to almost keep the length while adding layers. Had to blow dry. She was helpful about styling. Overall nice experience if you're hesitant about cutting.

0 stars It’s taken me a couple days to write this because I’ve cried everyday since I visited Supercuts Cal Oaks Murrieta location Exactly what I asked the stylist not to do is exactly what she did. She attempted to give me layers I told her to cut one inch off of the length and give me butterfly type layers She chopped my long long hair off! Gave me what looks like a mullet. The top is horrible I’ll put a picture my mom took of my hair the Sunday before I went in and an after picture. Edit after Super Cuts response How insensitive to simply give a generic answer. I am so angered at my botched hair cut every which way I try to style it, it just looks so terrible. It makes me sick to my stomach that a hair stylist would do this

Stephanie & Lexie are both amazing, awesome & phenomenal. I have had both of them, but most of the time I have Stephanie. She cuts my hair just the way I want it. I am super happy with my hair when I walk out of the shop. All the staff there is amazing, pleasant & friendly. No complaints from me, I nothing but good to say about all of them that work there. Our stylist was so patient and wonderful with our 3 year old. She did an excellent all over scissor cut and he looks adorable. Most of all he had a great experience which is what mattered most to us

Typically our experiences are pretty good, today not so much. The person who cut my two boys hair was heavy handed and seemed to have an off day. We have been going here well over 2 years now and typically have good experiences. We will make sure we won’t be using this stylist in the future. My youngest son is 3 and his ear was nicked (he wasn’t moving) and I understand it can happen. But the being as rough as she was with both my 3 year old and my 8 year old was not okay. He let me know walking out while holding back tears that this haircut hurt. I understand skin irritation but this clearly is not. For $30 a kiddo i recommend going somewhere else.
