UPDATE: I came back because I was told Luz would take care of me. Luz was fantastic from start to finish. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She paid close attention to detail and maintained a high level of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the entire haircut. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients’ comfort. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely make sure Luz was my regular stylist. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for consistent, quality service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I have a wedding this weekend and came to get a haircut at this location so my boys and I can look fresh. We are returning customers, and our kids absolutely love Allen. His energy is amazing, and he’s wonderful with kids—patient, fun, and caring. He makes haircuts easy and enjoyable, and the results are always great. Highly recommend!

First time at this Supercuts and definitely the last. The lady who cut my hair did an awful job - it was very uneven, rushed, and clearly not done with any care. She finished my entire haircut in about 2 minutes, and it absolutely shows. I honestly hate the way she was talking to me as well; she had no manners and made the whole experience uncomfortable. To make things worse, she practically forced me to pay a $3 tip even though I was hesitant, especially after the terrible service. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a salon before. If you don’t know how to cut hair properly or don’t want to treat customers with respect, please just say so. Extremely disappointed. I do NOT recommend this location at all.

This deserves ZERO stars. First time at this place and never coming back. Old lady (i think her name was Gladys) cut my son’s hair yesterday and butchered it. It was too short, uneven and I had to come back to have her fix the uneven front and the side was shaved uneven and there is a patch that is very obvious that was cut wrong. You can see it and she had the audacity to tell my husband that my son’s hair on that side is not growing?? We never had that kind of experience in our usual supercut branch - our stylist wasn’t available so we tried here. Awful awful experience. IF you don’t know how to cut a child’s hair please tell the truth. We can’t do anything after the fact and the poor kid is the one who’s carrying the haircut. Luz has been cutting my hair for several months now and she’s such a professional. Always on time and I enjoy the pleasant conversations we have. The establishment is clean and organized.
